PENERAPAN METODE GIVING QUESTION AND GETTING ANSWER DALAM MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK PADA MATA PELAJARAN AKIDAH AHKLAK KELAS 5 DI MI MIFTAHUL ULUM JAWILAN

Abstract

This research aims to improve students' learning outcomes in the subject of Moral Faith through the application of the Giving Question and Getting Answer method  at MI Miftahul Ulum Jawilan. The problem in this study is the low learning outcomes of students in  the Tayyibah Sentence material, shown by the pre-cycle average score of 63 and only 33.3% of students achieved the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). This type of research is Class Action Research (PTK) which is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of the stages of planning, implementation of actions, observation, and reflection. The subject of the study was 30 students of class V semester II. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, learning outcome tests, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of the study show that the application of the Giving Question and Getting Answer method  can improve student learning outcomes. In the first cycle, the average score increased to 74 with a completeness of 66.7%. After improvements were made in cycle II, the average score reached 84 with 90% completeness. The improvement shows that  the Giving Question and Getting Answer method  is effective in increasing student participation, activeness, and understanding of the material of Akidah Akhlak, especially  the Tayyibah Sentence. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the Giving Question and Getting Answer method  is able to improve the learning outcomes of grade V students in the subject of Moral Faith at MI Miftahul Ulum Jawilan, and can be used as an alternative learning method that involves students active, creative, and communicative.
