PENERAPAN MEDIA AUDIO VISUAL DALAM PEMBELAJARAN HADIS TENTANG HORMAT KEPADA KEDUA ORANG TUA PADA SISWA KELAS 2 MI YAUMIN CIKANDE PERMAI SERANG BANTEN

Abstract

This research discusses audio-visual learning media in the teaching of Al-Quran and Hadith through the material on the hadith about respecting both parents for second-grade students at MI Yaumin Cikande Permai, Serang-Banten. This research was conducted to address the challenges of learning that is often less engaging for early childhood students. The main issues are: How is the application of audio-visual media in the teaching of Al-Quran and Hadith? How is the analysis of the use of audio-visual media in the teaching of Al-Quran and Hadith on the material about the hadith on respecting both parents? This research uses a classroom action research (CAR) type, with the use of two cycles, namely Cycle I and Cycle II, the process includes planning, implementation, observation of teacher and student activities, and reflection. The research subjects are 21 second-grade students. The results of this research show a significant increase from the first cycle to the second cycle. Teacher activity increased from the "good" category (79.5) to "very good" (93.1). Student activeness also increased from the "good" category (77) to "very good" (90.9). The average student understanding score increased from 55.47 in the pre-cycle to 70 in Cycle I and to 83.80 in Cycle II. The research conclusion states that the use of audio-visual media is very effective in improving the quality of learning, teacher and student activities, and understanding of hadith material. Thus, audio-visual media can be an innovative choice in the teaching of Al-Quran and Hadith at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Suggestions for further development include teacher training and the creation of diverse materials to create enjoyable learning for students.
